My Best Place

Home is a place that is comfortable. It is a place where I can play my favorite sport in the front room. It is a place where I can learn new batting shots, improve my balling and my catching ability. It is a place where there are laughter, mistakes, noise, affection and love. In the backyard window I see squirrels and raccoons’ and I watch those animals while I eat my food. For me home is a gift where I can sleep, eat, play, read, store my medals, trophies also money in my piggy bank. In the front yard I see the footprints which are those of my neighbour's cat. Dinner time…. One day I saw a different type of chicken curry made by my mom. It was a yellow chicken curry different from a normal chicken curry. I tasted it right away when my mom gave it to me and it was so delicious and I told my mom “It is too good mom.” Balloon story…. One day I was playing with my balloon in our drawing rood. I accidently blow my balloon to the direction where my Dad was watching TV and I kept on doing it over and over. Finally, my dad who was watching his favorite sports final match get up to catch my balloon. By mistake the balloon was popped by his nails. I became so sad. My Dad apologized to me even though it was by accident. I accepted it and then we watched the finals in TV together. My favorite place…. Our living room is my favorite place where I kept the paintings drawn by me and play chess with my Dad. Winning against my Dad makes me Jump with Joy. In ONE word for me HOME is “LOVE”
