The meaning of home

My Home is more than just four walls. Home builds memories and bonds. For me home means a lot to me, it taught me how to walk, learn sports and make memories, and make bonds with my family. When I think of my home, words that come to mind are. Calm, happy, fun, hockey, cool and memories. And my family also makes it special, like my dad,mom and brother and also my pets. Some special moments of my house are learning how to walk, buying pets, and my favorite is watching hockey with my dad and brother. Home is also where you learn or discover things. Some things I discovered are my brother teaching me how to play video games, and my dad helping me with school and playing also teaching me how to play hockey and a lot of other sports. Hockey is a big thing in my house for my dad, brother and mom and it connects to the meaning of home because it helps my family and extended family get along. Also what makes home special is coming home to a safe space where I can express myself and feel like me. I also love sometimes playing with my family and a board game, whether it be uno, life or just any board game. What makes it fun is playing it with my family. Another special memory is watching my favorite OHL team, the London knights win the OHL championship and memorial cup. It was connected to home because we got to spend a lot of time together watching the knights have an amazing season and it was a great memory to share with my dad. In conclusion, home is my favorite place to go and is where I feel safe.
