Cozy and warm, Fireplace crackles, Red and white bricks mounting the walls, Five people, Playing pool, playing foosball, baking cookies, and family dinners. After dinners watching the news, Waiting in line for one bathroom, Running into that bathroom before someone else, Grocery shopping with grandparents on Sundays, Taking our dog, Daisy, for walks, Listening to her loud snores, Curling up under my grandma's heavy, itchy blankets. At the end of the day, we sit together in front of the fireplace. This is home to me, my family together.
