Home Means to Me

Home to Me Means … What Does Home Mean to Me? Home is where I feel safe and loved. Home is where my family is, a place where we come together. Home is where I smell mom’s fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Home is the loving arms around me when I feel sad or mad. Home is where I walk, where I run, where I have some fun. Home is where families are made. Where we laugh, cry, learn and play. Home is where I sleep, where I lay. Together we rise, through darkness and happiness. No matter how near or far, we’ll always be under the same stars. Home is where memories are created. Home cannot be replaced. We stand together as a family and that's what home means to me. I never feel alone when I think of home. I feel I belong and that’s what matters the most.
