♣My Home, What I Call My Own ♣
A home holds a special place in our hearts, for it’s where we truly live and thrive. It's a need for all of us and we design our homes for our unique needs using materials like wood and cement, mortar, stone, and iron.
And speaking of a home I consider myself truly blessed to live under a roof for others, who are not that lucky. That's why I am following Habitat for Humanity, as they are trying to help the ones who are very unfortunate. I take pride that I have a hard-working foster father, a nice foster mother, and two loving sisters.
🏡My humble abode has three not very clean floors but we live happily! My home also includes a garage over the hilly front yard. A welcoming porch ties it all together and I am all the merry that I have a place to call my own!
If I weren’t to have a place I would possibly live on the streets like my mom and dad. I would have to live off of dumpsters and the McDonald's trash. That would be unhealthy and life-threatening for people to eat. Many homeless people use the method of begging, they sit on the streets asking for money, food, etc. That is probably the safest option rather than stealing and defying the law.
Every dinner the room is filled to the brim with yummy food. We eat with pride that God or creator has blessed us with this food. There is none else that has that big of a power. We all say thanks for the people who made this happen: God, the creator, Mom, and Dad, the people who you are thankful for.
