The Meaning of Home What is a home you ask? A home is a place where you can be safe. It’s a place where you can thrive. When I think of home, I think of space, family, shelter and other kinds of words. There are many things that you can do at home like playing outside, taking a nap on your bed, jumping around, etc. You said“ Yeah but, what’s in a home?” Me” I thought you’d never ask!” There are kitchens and bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Now I'm going to tell you what’s inside them. You said” OKAY.” Now let’s start with the kitchen. In a kitchen there are cabinets, a fridge, a microwave, counters and more! You can store food and bowls or containers in the cabinets. You can also do that with a fridge. You can warm up your food if it gets cold with a microwave. Now to the bathroom! In the bathroom there is a toilet, a sink, and a shower. You can expel your waste in the toilet (sorry if it’s too gross for you). You can wash your hands in the sink and in the shower you can clean and wash your body. Now for the amazing bedroom! In your bedroom there is a bed, a closet and some tables. You get a good rest or sleep in your bed. You store and keep your clothes in the closet and you can just put stuff on the table. You can make great memories in your home. YOU, by that I mean EVERYONE, can be yourself. You can decorate your bedroom, you can jump on your bed, you can dance in the kitchen.
