What Home Means to Me

What home means to me. Home to me is a feeling that I am safe. I can even move and my memories of my home will not be forgotten. A home is a place it does not matter how it is, it's home if it is special to you. A home is a place we can stay when we don’t feel safe. It’s even where we learn to do lots of things. It helps you from the beginning of your life, it even helps you at the end of your life. My family had a home with cockroaches. It was the worst. I was always scared of going to the kitchen because the cockroaches were staying where the food was. Sometimes I can hear the cockroaches from the kitchen if it is really quiet. Eventually, my parents got annoyed by the cockroaches they got from exterminators. When it was done my house was not infested with cockroaches anymore. Home has people who love you so don’t be scared to tell them what’s wrong. Home is not a structure, it's a place to share memories, spend time with your loved ones and spread love. Even after everything you go through you still have a home to be loved in. We can be loved by our family and make our homes safer if we work together.
