Colours of Home
A warmed presence,
Laughed and cherished every moment.
When you were safe and embraced by ones who did not care,
about how you
ACT
or
DRESS
or
LOOK
The house full of memories,
When you were loved and liked
The ones who knew you
You trusted around yourself
Accepting comfort
Not despair.
The cold scary untrusting world,
Filled with sadness, depression, and hopeless wishes.
A draining life filled with anger and weak cries,
Starving but force yourself to fight it.
You blink and suddenly ,
No problems,
Fresh vibrant color from the curtains
Homemade rainbow,
faint colorful glass,
Made with your family
When you were a little kid
Tye dye shirts,
Made years ago,
Never worn
You miss the times.
When you met,
If only you could forget.
