A House is Different than a Home

This is an essay about a major crisis that's happening all over Canada. It's about the home crisis. I have a warm, cozy, safe and happy home. But not very many people have a home, some people only have a house. A house is a building or an apartment, a home isn’t just a building it's a place where you can be yourself, it's a place you feel welcome, a place you feel loved. A house isn’t a place you feel welcome, safe or loved it's just a shelter. There's not enough people with homes and that's not a good thing. I’m thankful that I have a good home, but it's disappointing that not everyone does and that's why people have to do everything that they can to help people find a good home.
