A Place Called Home

A home is more than a house, more than a building where I stay. A home is more than brick walls and what you see when you walk through the doorway. A home is a place of love, a place of caring too, a place where everyone should feel welcome even strangers like you. We have to not be so hasty to judge people right away, because everyone deserves safety and a warm place to stay. Your home is not an address or a building where you've lived before, a home is a place where no one has to be alone anymore. A home is a place to be free, a place that welcomes all race shapes and sizes. A home is a place without judgment, a place where no one should be shamed, a place where everyone is loved and cared for all the same. Your home is a place where you can play and create, a place that invites everybody to participate. Everyone should have a home, something you can build, something you can go back to even when you're old. A home is a place with friends, family, and trust, a place you can rely on even when things get tough. A home is a place to rest, a place to call your very own. I hope I can help to spread this message so everyone can do their part and that everyone is grateful from the bottom of their hearts that they have a place they are able to call home.
