What is a home?

A home and a house are two very different things. A house has just 4 walls and a roof. But a home is where memories, laughter, and fun are all kept. Home is the place where all your bad feelings are no longer aloud. Home is where my mom, dad, and I live and have an amazing time together. When I am at home I feel comfortable, safe, and happy. No matter how bad your day is, home will always add a drop of good in the mix. Home is when most memories are made, games are played, tears can come out freely, and mistakes will not matter. Even if you are on vacation home will be with you because home is both a place and a feeling. A feeling that will make your heart feel warm and your mouth smile. Did you know people are the thing that makes your house into a home not the things you put into it nor the color you paint the walls. Home is where families come to visit to talk, laugh, and play. Home is a place where when you walk through the front door you get greeted by pets, friends and family. Home is a place where you can talk to someone about bad or sad days. When you are home you can let your crazy weird self out without a worry in your head. Home is where family is.
