My Home Isn't Gone Yet

When I am at home I feel safe, loved, and comfortable. But one tiny leak won’t stop us from being us. It is natural , and no one will stop that. We all have our ways, but none of them are the same. My home is where I can go when I feel sad, mad, but most of all I feel loved. I have a dog, who helps me feel safe. I have my pillow and my bed. When we help others in need, in the future, when we are in need, they may help us. When I am not at my house, I still feel comforted because I know it is still near. My home isn’t gone, and I know it is still there—the warm hug that wraps around me when I am cold, sad, or even mad.
