This is what home means to me

This is what home means to me. Home is where my family is. When I step in my home I feel happy and safe. I am growing and learning in my home. I have learned to garden with my dad in our greenhouse and our garden outside in our yard. We use the pumpkins that we grow to decorate our porch for Halloween. I have learned to cook with my mom and my dad and my Nana when she comes over in our kitchen. I use my cakes and muffins that we make to share with my family members. I have my own space in my room to relax and have fun. I have my basement to hang out with my brother and sister and friends. We play games or hide and seek or just have fun together. Home is a special place where I can be myself and enjoy our family time. My favorite spot in my home is my backyard, where I can use my trampoline, jump in the pool and hang out on my deck. On our deck is where we keep all of our flowers and plants that I grow. My home is not so big, but it is not small. It fits my family perfectly and I am glad that it is my home.
