A Perspective of home

What is home? Home isn't just a place to live in but something so special, it’s indescribable! It’s not about the structure itself, but the feeling, emotions and support that surrounds you constantly. Home should make you feel safe, loved and extraordinarily special. To me, home smells like a freshly cooked meal that smells amazing; even if it doesn’t taste the best. Home looks peaceful; especially when I have alone time. I am very lucky for my freedom. When I come home from school, I am greeted with love, hugs and kisses from the people who love me unconditionally. The kitchen is always filled up to the brim with snacks and ingredients to try out new experiments. The living room has the softest pillows and blankets for me to snuggle up with. My bedroom has all of my favourite most prized possessions for me to admire and show affection to. Everyone's home is special. Everyone deserves one.
