What Does Home Mean to Me?

Home is way more than just a shelter, It can mean so many different things to so many people, but this is what it means to me. Home is a place that nothing can replace, Where I can be Myself, and read books from my shelf. Home is a place to cherish and care for, Some people don't have shelter, a place behind a door. Home can be people, beloved ones with brains, Home is also family, and I'll cherish every grain. One thing that makes home, home is that every day I am welcomed by many things in my house, and 2 of them are my rosy pink sofas, and my fridge magnet covered fridge. These things are feelings that can’t be replaced, for example, if i were staying in a hotel, yes it is a place where I can at least live. I know there is water, food, a TV, and a bed, but it does NOT have a proper place in my heart! I am not welcomed by the things I’m usually welcomed by in my REAL home,There is no rosy pink sofa nor there is a fridge magnet covered fridge. Hotels are also temporary, not permanent like my home. Home is also a place where I can gain memories like, one of my memories I still remember is me, building a fort under my bunk bed using three rosy pink cushions, two coffee coloured pillows, and a giant strawberry blanket.I also have many other memories of my home. I don’t think any other place has stronger memories than the ones I got at my home. Home is truly a place that nothing can replace. It has a place in my heart, and I know your home will have a special place in yours too!
