Home can be many things; it could be a pet, a person or a feeling that you have that makes you happy. But home to me, is not just a building or a thing it is family People are really special, but do you say that to them enough? My home is my family, and they mean the world to me. ____________________________________________________________________ I love my sister. I adore her nice comforting smile and playful expressions. Whenever I am sad I avoid everyone but when my sister comes I never resist her nice pick up phrases. I enjoy when she makes me hot chocolate,when she brings it to me I feel the warm gentle touch of the mug on my hands,while the smell of chocolate swirls in the air. I love when she lets me be with her when she is with her friends. I love the sweet smell of strawberries everywhere she goes. Thank you so much for an awesome life. _____________________________________________________________________ What my home smells like to me is my sister's salty popcorn,and dried up paint,my moms floral perfume,and baked sweets,my dad's nice smell of rosemary bread and soup,my older sister's sweet smell of smoothies,and my cats treat bag. _____________________________________________________________________ I love my mom. I appreciate her sweet gentle hugs while she wraps me up in a blanket. I like when she makes cookies for me and my sisters. I love when my mom makes me her homemade soup. And the sweet smell of her candles. Thank you ____________________________________________________________________ What my home sounds like to me is my moms nice music,my sister's popcorn popping in the microwave,my older sister's show playing, my dads quiet typing,and my cat's little toy bell ringing. ____________________________________________________________________ I love my dad. I like when he makes me and my sister bread. I cherish when my dad takes us to awesome places around the world. I adore when my dad reads us his books. I appreciate when she makes me her warm tasty food that just melts in your mouth. I admire when she brings me and my sister into the basement to watch a movie. Close your eyes and think of a person that makes you feel happy. Do you see them? Sometimes when people see or feel what makes them feel happy, they get a warm feeling inside. And some people also feel excited and smile,you can do anything when you're happy, but today I have a goal ,and that is to find out what your home is. Right now I want you to think of something or someone you love. What are they wearing,what do they look like? Who or what is it? When you think of them do you feel happy? If so then this might be your home. If it is a person then they might sometimes make you feel sad or upset. But usually in the end you are ok. I hope you learned what your home is because I sure did.
