Home is a place where I feel safe and right, A place filled with love, smiles, and light. It is not just walls or a door with a key, It is a feeling inside of me. Home is my mommy, caring and near, With laughter of my family I love to hear. We share our meals, we talk, we play, And help each other every day. Home is my bed at the end of the night, Where dreams feel gentle, peaceful, and bright. It is a place where my worries grow small, Where I feel happy most of all. Home is warm pyjamas all day on a school snow day, A cozy, safe place where I can stay. It's movies, boardgames love, and care, A special place we all can share. Some children lose their homes in war, They cannot live there anymore. They leave their rooms, their streets, their space, To find a safer, kinder place. I hope one day that all will see A home filled with love and safety. Home is a place of giggles and dreams, Of family, love, and warm, happy meals. Home is not just where we live, Home is love — and everyone deserves a home.
