A house is more than just walls and a roof. Houses make people feel safe, happy and home. But people that don't have a house can feel lonely or even uncertain. So, Habitat for Humanity is helping make housing affordable for people who can’t afford normal prices of houses. Houses can mean a lot. It is like a path to a new life, or It is a path for memories. Most people feel upset when they move to a new house. And maybe sad, like, ‘ I don't want to go to a new house’. I know how it feels. It is not good. You need a new school, a new house, and even a new path. Usually, when families have their first baby, they move on to a new house. As if it is like I have a baby, I have a new life. Get it! Then that’s when memories start to kick in. Like maybe where your baby had their first step. Even their favorite room from the house. In a new house, you make new memories. It is gone forever from the new house, but NOT from your heart.
