The meaning of home

At my home we have a small kitchen and a big living room. But it's really not about the size, it's more about the friends, family, and the people around us and that we have a house. Home feels like a spot you can play, run around and spend time with family. My favorite game to play in my house is ninjas. We usually play in the living room and I like to play with balloons. My home looks big on the outside. We have a garage, a door, and a nice yard to play in. Sometimes I am scared to leave my house but at least when I leave I have fun, like if I go to an indoor playground. It’s really fun when I go to sleepovers. Sometimes I get scared but at least the next day I can see my mum and give her a big hug. I'm also very happy to see my dad. He will make me very happy. In my kitchen I like it when it smells good, like when my mum cooks pasta, chili and chicken burgers. I also like to watch shows in my room. Sometimes we have a movie night and we all snuggle up to eat dinner. We also eat popcorn. In my home we have a dog. She is still a puppy and she bites a lot but she's so adorable. She is kind of like a best friend and a sister even though she can't talk. My house is different, it's not the same as everyone. Some people have 2 garages, 2 doors and maybe even 3 garages but I like my house either way. I have a neighbor and she is very sweet. We both want to be singers, so in my basement we write songs about our life and about things that we like. I'm glad to be writing for Habitat for humanity because it will help the animals and everyone else that needs it. Also habitat for humanity will also help get people houses because everyone deserves a house.
