What is home to me?

What is home to me? Home to me is like the solution to all my problems. Home for me is a feeling that can’t be replaced. It’s like a taste you can never forget. A little bit watery, a little salty, but mostly sweet. It’s a place where I can be myself without the fear of being judged. I feel cherished. Home feels like a comfy blanket wrapped around me whenever I feel upset. If I ever come home crying after something happened at school, my sisters are there to comfort me, and my mom is there to cook my favorite food. Of course though, it’s not always rainbows and butterflies. We get into fights often, and my mom will get mad at me occasionally. If something doesn’t go the way I want it to, I can get sad, or mad, and sometimes upset. Although that’s just part of life. It’s normal to feel emotions that aren't happiness. We can’t always feel like we’re in the greatest mood, but we can still appreciate the good moments. That doesn’t mean just focus on the happy parts of life completely, it just means that you shouldn't always focus on the bad side of things. Always be grateful for all the moments, from watching movies, to hitting each other, make it worth every moment.
