Home - more than a four letter word

To me the word home isn't just a four letter word it's a place you can be yourself, a place you feel cozy with people you love and care for. Home is full of amazing things like the spectacular smell of my dads shepherd's pie or the amazing taste of my moms luscious lasagna. There isn't just amazing food, there is the sound of my dads 80s music and the feeling of my dog's soft,fluffy fur. Sometimes we see hummingbirds at our feeders or big hawks flying high in the sky. We also have lots of things to do like pingpong, pool and my favorite one soccer. Home is the best thing ever. It's like milk and cookies,peanut butter and jam or bacon and eggs.Home is like paradise,it's a place to escape and relax. Sometimes we argue but we make up fast and we don't stay mad long.That is why to me home is more than just a four letter word.
