What the meaning of home means to me

When I first moved in to my house it took one or two years to finally make it my home, but some families don’t get that opportunity and that is really heartbreaking, but now I get to help habitat for humanity by making this paragraph because each entry that gets put on the meaning of home website donates 10 dollars to habitat for humanity. So this is my entry about what the meaning of home means to me. A house is a place with a roof and walls but a home is somewhere you feel safe and welcome. A home is where you make some of your best memories. A home is somewhere that makes you feel relaxed and you can feel free to be yourself. When I'm in my home I have never felt judged or uncomfortable. At my home when I come back from school my mom always greets me by asking how my day was. A home is a place where you can fight with your siblings and make memories with them. When you are at your home you can always be around your family. A home is somewhere that has a special feeling for you. A home is somewhere you can feel joyful. I would like to finish my entry by telling you guys that you should always be grateful that you have a home. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving the HDSB students a chance to write this entry and help fundraise Habitat For Humanity.
