What a Home Mean's to Me

As the lights turn off, silence hits my home, I think of how lucky I am to even have a safe place that keeps me protected from bullies and the outside world. I find my home very safe because of the new memories that have been made along the way with my own special family. I got out of my warm cozy bed that I had made the night before. I feel very grateful that I had a bed to sleep in because some other people don’t have a house or a cozy bed to sleep in at night. I could hear the noisy fan still going. As I went to shut the fan off, I saw outside of my window that the snow had melted and that the seasons were changing. I am very happy that spring is on it's way, I’ve gotten sick of the cold breeze and the freezing temperatures, I shut off my fan and climbed down off my bunk bed. And I can talk about my words freely without feeling shy and nervous if I talk wrong .
