What if you did not have a Home

When I wake up I feel a nice, cozy blanket wrapped around me, and a soft pillow for my head. Then I go downstairs to a lovely kitchen where I can get delicious food to fill me up. After that I go to a beautiful christian school where I can learn about the Bible, ELA, Maths, ect.And I get provided snacks and lunch there plus recess. But some people don't get that stuff. We need to remember that. Some people do not wake up with a warm and cozy blanket, some people don’t get breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Some people do not even get to go to school to learn about the Bible, ELA, Maths, etc. We need to remember to try and, “put ourselves in their shoes.” How would you feel if you had to wake up to a cold winter morning? How would you feel if you did not get food as often as you regularly do? You would probably feel terrible! I most definitely would, but that is why I am so dearly grateful for Habitat For Humanity. They help people in need. But in order for the people to get a home they need to volunteer for Habitat For Humanity for 150 hours to 350 hours. But most of that pays off for the people because they can wake up to a warm blanket and a warm house and some nice food to fill their stomachs and they can “Reset their lives” with this essay. My essay is my way of giving 10 dollars for Habitat For Humanity to help make those houses possible.
