What Home Means to Me
At home, I feel safe and happy with my family. It's always a good sign when I smell my dad's delicious pulled pork because that means that family is coming over which is always fun. Whether it's my mom helping me with my homework, or my dad playing hockey with me in the front yard, it's always a happy feeling being with my family. Home is a place to feel safe and happy, where you grow up from small to big, where you live, eat, play, and sleep. Home is a shelter that isn't scary. You make friends and memories at your home, even if you move house, cities or even countries, your memories will stay with you. I love it when I hear my parents snoring , my cat meowing and my brother sneaking out of bed to play on the PS4. It means that all is safe. The people , the places and the food are all part of the whole that makes home such a fun , safe and special place . Finally that's what home means to me. Thank You Habitat for Humanity for making the world a better place for people to live, play and feel safe.
