What Home Should Be

What is home to you? To me, home is more than a place. It is somewhere that truly matters. A home should be a place where you feel safe and cared for. It should be somewhere you can relax and be yourself without feeling judged. Home should also be filled with people who support you and help you when you are having an exhausting day. Most of all, home should be a place where you feel loved. A home does not have to be perfect or fancy, it just must feel like a home where you belong. It is somewhere you can laugh, cry, learn and grow without feeling alone. Even when days are tough, home should give you comfort and remind you that you matter. No matter where life takes you, a true home stays in your heart because of all of the memories, the people and the love that fills it.
