Home Isn't Just a Place - Home is the People You Love

Home isn’t just a place; home is the people that you love. Home is like a tent that shields me from the cold and rain. When I come home, and my dogs are waiting for me, it warms me from the inside out. When it is cold outside, I can always come home, snuggle with my dogs and watch a movie. When I have a hard day, I can always count on my family to cheer me up. Home can show itself in so many ways; it can be absolute chaos, or it can be peace and quiet. When my dogs are with me, I always feel at home. One of my favourite things about home is the food, my house always smells like delicious home baked meals. My home is a place where I can grow, learn and play. I am grateful that I am so lucky and fortunate and have so many good opportunities in life.
