What my Home means to me

Home is somewhere where you feel safe, happy and full of joy and laughter. Home is a place where you can remember all those good memories when you were just a toddler. Home is where family is. Home is where you feel loved by your parents and treated amazingly. Even though you can get mad at your parents sometimes it is okay to do so. I get that sometimes things might not go your way but, if you take a deep breath and remember all those memories. You can feel like yourself once again. Now if you start to get too mad at your friends/family it’s a good time to remember the good times you had with them. You can calm down and realize what you are doing and saying. But you must remember that they were always there for you for your highs and lows even if they did something that made you mad. It's okay to be a little bit angry at them. Home is a place where you laugh, where you smile, where you are happy, home is my happy place where I can use my imagination, where nobody will judge me for what I say, nobody will tell me something that makes me feel sad or terrible, home is where I feel calm, comforted, and especially loved. My dog is a good example. He always comes and gives me a hug when I am sad or angry. It's like he understands me. Overall, I think that home is my special place where nobody is there to judge or hurt me in any kind of way.
