The True Meaning of Home

Home isn't just a few walls and windows; it's a safe place to be free from your enemies and fears. But home is different to me. Home is where I curl up on my couch and by the fire to watch TV. Or, just to look out and see the birds. Home is where I can show my emotions and true personality. It's where I feel comfortable and completely relaxed. Home is where memories and vacations are reminding us of the good times. It might be where we write our height growth over the years on the wall. It's really just a special part of our home. Home is a place where an adorable face with a body, tail and four paws stays and awaits me everyday. That adorable face and my parents love me a lot. Home holds the most meaningful thing; family. Family is the people who matter most. Home is where I have my room, or perhaps it's out little picnics in the yard. It all pieced me to who I am today. Home is where I belong and where I fit in. It's where I lay down at night and know I am cared for. Home is like another universe that awaits as I walk home. It opens a portal to my room and any other space inside. The furniture inside are like stars and the rooms are planets. It truly is like another universe. Home doesn't mean a random building with walls and windows; it's a place you love and cherish with all your heart. That there is the true meaning of home.
