The Meaning of Home
I have a house, you have a house, nearly everyone has a house. You may think a house is a home, but no. A house is just a building, no more, and no less. Home is your house, or your childhood house, or your parents house. All birds make nests. That's their home. Sorta like a house. But lions don’t have anything house-y, if you will. They just have a patch of land called "territory". That’s their home. Wildebeast don’t really have territory. They go along the same route for their whole lives. But they live in herds, surrounded by family that will protect them. That's their home. Also, your home is your crazy place. You could microwave a Triple A battery if you really wanted to. Home is for memories that will forever be hung on your home’s walls. Home is where personal achievements are made. Some homes are smaller than others, but there still are homes. Heck, your home could be a roof of bamboo held up by metal poles, and you have a way to do everything I have mentioned in this paragraph, it’s still kinda a home. Home is not a house. Home is where you can be you. Home is family. Home is a memory. Home is love.
