My Home
Home? Is it the smell of good food, is it love from my parents, and siblings, is it experiencing peace, and comfort, or a safe place for me.
My home is a place where I am loved, and everyone is being loved. It is not just a building with individuals, but with Jesus as the head. Home for me is a place where I feel safe, secured, and comfort. My home is a place where nobody is left out, and everyone is being treated equally with love. My home is a place where I am being taught, and corrected with the word of God.
My home is more than just a building, it is an environment where I watch my parents lead by example shaping me into a responsible person.
Home to me is a place where love is shown unconditionally even when I do not deserve it.
Based on the above this is what home feels like to me, and I think everyone should be able to feel this way too.
Thank you Habitat for Humanity, for letting me share my thoughts on what home means, and feels like to me.
