What Home Means to Me

Home is that beautiful place that you can go to curl up and just feel safe. My favorite spot in my home is my room because at the end of the day I can just get into my bed and forget about any of those problems or issues that have happened throughout the day. My home is so special, it has all of my best memories, like when me and my mom had a girls night and we both camped out downstairs and watched tons of movies. My home makes me feel so happy, especially when I get home from school, I get excited to sit down for dinner and share what has happened through our day. My little puppy makes me happy because when I’m feeling down he cheers me up. Home is my happy place and I hope that Habitat of Humanity can help others find their happy place.
