My Five Senses at Home
My five senses at home.
I taste the amazing food my dad cooks. When I am in my house I taste chocolate and candy on my couch. I taste popcorn and soda when we watch a movie. Also I’m so grateful to taste water and food.
When I am at home I see smiles, laughter and love. I also see my TV showing sports and shows. I see my lovely family all together. I see lovely pale walls. I see a white roof and bright blazing lights shining off the roof. I see my mom pulling into the driveway after work and a bright smile on her face.
When I am at home I smell the beautiful smells of trees, hydrangeas and pollen. I smell my dad’s amazing cooking. I smell the brisk summer air flowing through my house. I smell the damp spring rain falling on the ground. I smell my mom’s perfume flowing through the house.
When I am at home, I touch my cozy bed that feels like heaven. I feel my dog that is like a little teddy bear. I feel my warm bowl of food, I feel how much my parents love me. I feel my soccer ball hitting my cleats back and forth. When I am at home I feel my soft comfy couch.
When I am at home I hear my mom and dad talking, I hear the TV blasting like it’s a concert, it makes me feel comfortable. I hear my parents saying ‘I love you’, and I hear my dog barking. At home I feel loved.
