What home means to me

Home is where I can share my feelings. It is the place where I feel safe, loved, and happy. I love looking at old photos of my family because they remind me of beautiful memories. These moments make my heart feel warm. I also love the gentle smell of my mom’s perfume. It makes me think of her hugs, her kindness, and the comfort she brings to our home. My mom cooks really good food. When I eat her delicious meals, I feel cared for. It reminds me of all the special times we spend together, laughing and talking. When I go to the movies with my dad, it is always a fun adventure. We laugh, we share popcorn, and we enjoy spending time together. These moments are very precious to me. For me, a home is not just a house. It is a place filled with love, memories, and family. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for helping families who do not have a home. Because of you, many people can feel safer, happier, and full of hope.
