My Home

My home is a place I belong, a place to stay warm during cold, winter nights. A place that is home is not just a building with walls, but a place you feel you belong. Or maybe, home isn't a place, but a feeling! Not a building, but a state of mind. The building is just the shell to contain the warm, summer heat or for when you feel sad about something, or that you don't belong, your home is there for you and you can feel strong, and happy for sometimes you don’t feel so glad or you feel like you did something bad. But in all those hard gloomy times in which you're wondering “ Why me? “ you can feel the warmth at home and know that having this building with walls is a privilege, in the midst of it all and you wonder how they may feel not having this place this comfort, which is why habitats for humanity needs help to make sure everyone can feel they belong, and not alone, or cold in the winter, they need help.
