Home sweet home

Home is a rainbow that never goes down. Home is a cotton- candy city that is always sweet. Home is where you were born. Home is where your family is. Home is a feeling, a place where you feel safe. Home is a happy place! A loved place! Home is a place where you make memories and where your memories are. Home could be a building or a house. Home doesn't have to be in only one place. Home can be at different places and you can have more than one home. Your home is special! My mom makes ramen and dumplings at home. She makes pizza and cupcakes. She makes my favorite foods with love. Home is where my mom, dad and brother are. They are my family. Home is where my brother and I make pillow forts, and have pillow fights. Periodically we have water fights instead. At night, my home is quiet with sleep, no one is at home during the day when my brother and I are at school, and my mom and dad are at work. Sporadically it is loud with the TV on, my mom telling my brother not to jump on the couch, or my books falling off the shelf. My shelves are filled with graphic novels. My bed is ALWAYS cozy and my blanket hugs me tight. The room goes dark, silent, and warm. Not everyone’s home is the same. My home is special! Your home is different but special and unique!
