The Meaning of My Home

A house has walls, floors, and doors. A Home is not a building or a place. A Home is where I feel loved and safe. Home is warm and cozy and has great food. To some, home is just a place or shelter, not me. Home is fun, happy, safe, and loved. It is where I’m on the couch, rolled in a blanket, drinking hot chocolate. Home is where I feel cozy when I lie down on the couch. Love is what makes me feel at home. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for doing this so that people can have somewhere to call home.
