Home Is Where I Belong

A home to me is my family. With my family, I feel happy, protected, and a good feeling. Like a feeling that makes me feel good but I don’t know how to explain it. Like the warm tingle in my heart, and a smile that lets out all the sad. I love playing with my siblings. It's a different adventure each day! Then at night it goes silent, calm and not noisy. When I think of home, it reminds me of a place that keeps me safe and protected. It's not just a building to me, it feels like a family. Like a family with all our memories. You probably have a memory of an animal, like the smell of your dog, or maybe a plushie of your pet, or a memory of a family member that makes you feel like home. That's what home means to me.
