My Family, My Home

To me, home isn’t the place I live in but it is where my family and loved ones are, no matter how far they are. Home is where I find so much happiness. When I am home I feel warm, safe and loved. Home is like a warm embrace that fills me with love and joy that makes me feel so good. At home, my family and I laugh together, eat together and tell stories to each other. Every time I feel sad or angry, my family is there to comfort me and they are there to support me and the decisions I make. I love my home and everything that is a part of it. To me, my home is like my safe haven and it is where I go to feel safe like nothing dangerous or scary in the world can reach me. At home, it is just my family, loved ones and me together no matter what happens. No matter where I go or how far I am from my family or how far they are from me, I hold them in my heart. Every time I feel really upset and really alone in the world, I remind myself that my family is there, my home.
