A True Home

Home is a beautiful thing to have, when your life is filled with safety, comfort, love and family. A warm embrace of the world's coziest blanket cuddled up by the crackling fire. But home is different for every person and family. It can be the sight of family and friends. It could feel like a big rollercoaster filled with up’s and down’s. Home can sound like laughter and joyful conversations. It can smell like the delicious aroma of fresh baked goods and warm meals. Home can taste like the scrumptious variety of food that you eat at the dinner table after a long tiring day. Home makes me feel safe, comforted and blessed for what I have today. Although there is a difference, between house and home a house is a structure with walls, windows and a roof. But a home can move from town to town, country to country. It's a feeling of excitement, laughter, a place where dreams come true. However some families don't have that luxury. But thanks to Habitat For Humanity they get a second chance. To thrive in a new world where they have more opportunities. An actual literal new beginning, so families can have a true home.
