My Home

I love my home because my family is there. Me, my mom, dad, dog, and sister. I have moved for two years. But I have everything I need because my family is right beside me. I love watching movies with my sister. How she loves to snuggle up in my bed for a sleepover. Home is the place where I wake up at 6:00am and try to say goodbye to my mom. She has a busy job. Home is the place where the tv is on and me and my dad are on the couch watching the Blue Jays play. I have a lake in my backyard that I love jumping into. Home is not just a house, it's memories. I love playing with my dog. The minute I come back for school feeling in the blue, my family comes and makes me feel like home. Home is a place where I belong. A house is a structure, but home is the place where me and my sister are playing in the living room. Home is the place where I am comfortable to talk about my feelings and express them.
