What does home mean to you? because this is what it means to me

Home is a calming space where you come to feel safe. where I start my adventures and where I come to rest every night. At bed time my cat curls up at the bottom of my bed and she stays there almost as if she is saying ‘’ you are safe, I will not leave’’ . She is a black and white cat and is so fluffy and her birthday is November 11. My dad is a cook and always makes the MOST delicious things. My mom bakes and I help bake cookies,brownies and lot’s more. My little brother acts like a human shadow to my mom. Every day when I come home I hear Quintin [ my little brother ] waving and screaming ‘’Eva is here Eva is here Eva is here’’ . I love him even though he is annoying, home is family. Home is a place that always has a space for you. And even after fights you know that they still love you. I know I am home when I see my little brother Quintin waving from the window ‘’eva is here eva is here eva is here’’ . I see the smile on his little face and it makes me smile too. It makes my heart feel warm and fuzzy when I walk in the door and he runs up and hugs me as tight as he can. Nothing can replace that feeling. Home is calm but exciting. All homes are different, some are big and some small but every home is special .
