Home can be Anywhere

Home isn’t a building, it's not just a place with windows, walls and doors. It is a feeling, somewhere that makes you happy and you make memories. Where you feel safe and loved. Home is my happy place. Home is the place with your family. There are lots of feelings and activities that I do at home. Like where I hear laughter from watching my dog run and try to get his ball because he is bouncing up and down like a bunny. The place where I eat ingredients that I'm not supposed to be eating when my Mom and I are baking. Or play board games with my family that I don’t like but then I win them. My home and family are amazing. At home I feel comfy and safe. Home is where I’m inside wrapped in a warm cozy blanket drinking tea, while outside is covered in a white blanket of snow and ice. Home is being able to snuggle up in my bed and talk to my stuffies when I’m feeling sad. Home is where I get yelled at for reading books too long. But home is different to everyone. I love my home. Home can be lots of places. It feels like home to me when me and my family go hiking. Home is being with your family no matter where you are, you don’t have to be at your house when you're at home. Home can be all around, not just in one place. It doesn’t matter where you are.
