What Does Home Mean

My house is not just a house, it is my safe and loving place. When I come home I can feel the warmth in the air, smell the delicious food, and hear the laughter of my family. Great memories are made in our home every day. Whether it is around the kitchen table eating a delicious meal or laughing while playing board games in the living room. I can feel the love that our home creates. Even when I have a bad day I know I can come home and feel safe. While I drift off to sleep in my cozy, warm bed, I feel grateful for my home. My wish is for everyone to have a safe and loving home because that is what every person deserves. Habitat for Humanity helps individuals and families in need to build homes and make homes affordable. My hope is that Habitat for Humanity can help those in need build a home to create memories and a safe place to live with their family. No matter who you are and where you live, everyone deserves to have a safe and loving place to live.
