Home

Home means everything to me. It’s a place where me and my family talk, celebrate, and share stories with happiness and laughter. Even if we don’t remember the stories we share with each other, my home will always remember the love, happiness and stories we shared. My home is my favourite place in the world because it’s the only place I can really be myself. I feel unsafe and sometimes uncomfortable when I’m outside of my home. Home makes me feel safe and cozy. It’s like a shield that protects me from bad weather and storms. Whenever I’m sick, or feeling bad after a long, bad day, home makes me feel better. It reminds me that I’m not alone. I have my family, friends and my home. Home is a place where all my memories are kept like birthdays, holidays, and trips. It holds all the memories we have. My favourite part of my home is my backyard. It’s like a place where I get to run and play around as much as I want. I can build snow forts and make things out of sticks and leaves. Home is filled with a bunch of unique talents. No matter if I’m mad, sad, different or weird, home makes me feel like I belong. Home means everything to me.
