Home is my shield

Home is my shield. My shield that keeps me warm. the walls are like a shield when there are storms, the wind whistling against the side of your house, you mom holding you telling you that your safe, you fall asleep in your bed. When your sick and you have a place to stay that’s cozy and supportive when its not even saying anything. At home I can be myself and not have to worry about what anyone is saying about you, because your shield is protecting you from the outside. My home is my safe place with my family, my friends come over after basketball games, or when you have birthday parties. Home is where you go after you have an activity, or when your injured and you can’t move you have you couch and tv to support me. My favourite part of my home is my family that builds memories that make it my home like a fairy tale with no ending… That’s why my home is my shield.
