Home Is A Safe Place

To me home is not just a place. It's somewhere people should be able to go and feel safe and loved. You should be able to go there and make memories. Home is like a cabin of memories you go to when the world is dirty. Home is a safe place you can go. Everybody should have a home that makes them feel loved, safe and cared for. A home isn't a house. A home is where you should be able to see your mom or dad cooking in the kitchen making a delicious meal, as you play. But some people don't get that experience so I’m grateful for the loving, kind home I live in. You should be, too. Respecting the home you live in is important, because some people don't get to go home to a cared-for, loving home, so just be grateful for what you have. Your home wouldn't be the same without you.
