Home is Paradise

To me home are the people you can not wait to see after school and at school. Family always goes first because they are always there for you when you are going through rough times. They help when you feel sad, or you are just having a bad day. Home are pictures that you have with your family. And memories that stick with you always. Sometimes home is having a movie night with family and having pizza for dinner. Maybe it is having long conversations with your mom. Or when you play house with your little siblings. Also when playing tug-a-war with a pet. That is when you are creating those memories and feel at peace and grateful that you have them. Home is the smell of fresh made cookies on your birthday and playing volleyball at the park. The sound of family members playing uno and music playing in the background. Playing Mario cart in the living room with mom or dad. At school when you get an A+ on a hard test and then saying they are proud of you. Home is that feeling of dancing and celebrating someone’s birthday and getting cake or cupcakes. It is when you are on a school field trip and getting to miss almost every class. Maybe it is on the way there that is more fun than the actual field trip. That is what home is. Home is peace, home are those little moments and memories that make you happy. Home is paradise.
