The meaning of home

The meaning of home to me is a safe place. When I think of home I think of my family because home isn't just a house, it's where your family is. Home is where you can be happy, mad, sad and excited. When I go home it's like a big hug. I always feel like I can do anything when I'm at home. My favorite place in my house is my room because it has everything I love. It's also where I sleep and hang out with my siblings. My room is like the place I go to be alone. Like after school or after a long day I can just go to my room and lie down in my bed and watch tv. That's why my room is my favorite place to go when I want to have fun or just relax. Home to me is where my family is. In my family I have a dad, mom, big brother and little sister. I also have two guinea pigs, Penny and Tulip. I love playing with them and just one big hug from both of them helps me a lot. Me and my dad are like the same. We both love hanging out with each other and he helps me a lot and he makes me laugh. My mom is the best. She is so fun and she makes dinner and breakfast and lunch and does all of the groceries. Me and my brother sometimes get along but me and my brother like to fight a lot but not with words i still love him though. My sister is very sassy but me and her both like hanging out with our friends and with each other. Some of the memories we have at home are the best memories. Sometimes the memories are parties, family game night, movie night and football games. Family game night is super fun, we all get together and pick 3-5 games to play. Movie night is my favorite night because we get everything we need from our rooms and just chill on the coach together. Football games are not my favorite but my family loves watching them and I only watch them so I can hang out with my family. To me that's the real meaning of home. Home is a place where you can be safe. Home is where your family is. Home is not just a house, it's your family. That's the real meaning of home.
