Home is a feeling , more than a place.

Home is a place where you feel safe, loved. It’s not a place where you pretend to be someone else. The people around you support you, your dreams, your goals and even the smallest things that you achieved . Before home became a place, it was a feeling. For me, it was a quiet sense of safety, belonging and warmth that reminded me that I was never being judged. Home is where my heart feels calm, even when my life isn’t. It’s the place or the people where I don’t feel rushed, and misunderstood. Home is where my worries feel lighter, where every mistake becomes a step closer to bring us close together. Home is where I don’t have to prove my worth or hide the parts of me that are tired. It’s where I can let that part of me sparkle, the special part of me, which is what makes me unique . But I know that some of us don’t have a home, don’t have a place they can rely on, or don't have someone who could love them. Instead, they have to find food, clothes and survive the harsh weather. Every time when I passed by the homeless shelters, I realized that I had more than enough. Family is the only thing that you need, there is nothing more important than the ones that love you. “Family is written in blood, love, and loyalty, while friendship comes and goes.” So don’t take family for granted, before you know it’s too late.
